Why we give this award

We are not a lab. We are the team that gets called when a home still smells damp, when mold keeps coming back, or when a dehumidifier bought last summer is already sitting in a cupboard. That gives us a view most reviews do not have: what is still running in year two, three and five.

Every year the answer is the same brand. So this year we are making it official.
